Kate Winslet just got the Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role for The Reader which got high praise.
This movie opens in post-WWII Germany when teenager Michael Berg becomes ill and is helped home by Hanna, a stranger twice his age.They quickly drawn into love and Michael discovers that Hanna loves being read to and their physical relationship deepens. But one day Hanna mysteriously disappeared and the boy is confused and heartbroken. Eight years laterhe is stunned to find Hanna back in his life,but this time she is as a defendant in the courtroom.
The movie is talking about love and war, it’s touched and complicated. We must enjoy this movie more attentive. I suggest to convert this DVD movie to ipod or pc with Mac DVD converter or convert the avi to mp4 for Mac with the internet video to put it into ipod. Many movies like this should be paid more close attention for their stories and senses, they give us a lot.
